Through our work together we will build upon and grow your strengths while discovering new tools, which can help you overcome challenges you may be facing. Sometimes clients come to therapy knowing exactly what they hope to change. Other times, people are struggling with a vague feeling of something being “off” or a general desire for things to be different. During the counseling process clients can be helped to understand themselves better, set personal goals, and have caring and unconditional support while working toward those goals.
